About Us

Ms. Lily Escobar is an alumnus of Baylor University at Waco, Texas where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business. Ms. Escobar went on to complete her law training at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. She has attained the BAR license in Texas, and she handles United States immigration cases world-wide.

Ms. Escobar’s experience includes non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, permanent residence, PERM labor certifications, responses opposing government challenges, such as complex requests for evidence and notices of intent-to-deny for various petitions and business compliance issues. In addition, she provides counsel on other aspects of U.S. immigration including naturalization issues, family-based immigration, and preparation for consular processing.

Ms. Escobar is also delighted to have worked with some of the brightest and most innovative researchers, scientists, business people and academics from around the world, as well as athletes and coaches, and performers, in securing permanent residence through the extraordinary ability (EB-1 and O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa, E-2), and national interest waiver categories.

 

Ms. Escobar is very proud of her immigrant roots, and is an excellent example of the potential of all immigrants that come to the United States to succeed. She understands that most immigrants that come to the U.S. are productive members of society, who deserve a chance to remain here legally. Ms. Escobar is proficient in English and Spanish.
